The is is located in a quiet hamlet of 4 houses, in the middle of the country-side and vineyards, and at only 3 kilometers from the Aguieiro beach on the Ría de Muros y Noia, considered one of Galicia's most beautiful beaches, and at 20 minutes from the spectacular beaches of Fuma and Corrubedo.

The hamlet has a small shop that sells all basics, while in the town of Puertosín, at 7 km., one can find large supermarkets and excellent restaurants, as well as a sports harbour where one can rent sailing boats and canoes, or take sailing or kitesurfing classes. There is also a horse club in the area that offers rides in the country. Porto do Son, at 10 km., has an excellent covered stable market.

The city of Noia, where on Sundays an important market is held with wonderful loca produce, is at 12 km., while the historical city of Santiago de Compostela, with its famous cathedral and countless other sites of interest and excellent restaurants, is at 45 km., more or less a 20 minute drive from the house.
