The house is on a private fenced property of about 3,000m2 in the middle of a village, but with great privacy and views of the Sierra Nevada, in an area that remains cool in summer thanks to the breezes that come from the Sierra Nevada. Recently renovated and stylishly decorated, it has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large open space with a hallway with a living/working/dining area at the entrance, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining room with a table for 6. In addition, on this floor there is a large kitchen with a bar and a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two 105cm single beds, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed as well as its own bathroom. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a library, with large windows with views of the garden and the Sierra Nevada.

In the large and well-kept garden there is a fenced area with a huge 8 x 13m pool. with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a shaded area. In front of the house is an outdoor dining area with a parasol and a table for 8. The garden has many fruit trees and a vegetable garden from which guests can purchase fresh and seasonal products.

The house is located in the middle of a village in the Sierra de Huetor Nature Reserve, on a large, fenced property that offers total privacy. A few meters away is the best restaurant in town and the weekly street market. There are also several shops and supermarkets within a few minutes walk from the house.

The village is just 10 km. from Granada, above the Darro River and between the Sierra de Huétor and the Sierra Nevada. There are some beautiful trails around the town, including one that takes about 2 hours following the Darro River into the Sacromonte neighborhood of Granada, with spectacular views on the way.

It takes 20 minutes to get to Granada by car, and there is a regular bus service.

The Sierra Nevada ski resort is an hour away by car, the beaches of Motril are 50 minutes away by car, and Málaga and Almería are an hour and a half away.
