The house is built on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and beautiful views, a dining room with a table for 10 people with an extra table for another 4, a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table with spectacular views, 3 double bedrooms with their own bathroom, one of which with TV, another bedroom with bunk beds, a TV, an extra bed and its own bathroom, another bedroom with bunk beds, and a sitting-play room.

On the second floor is the master bedroom, which is closed to guests.

The house has a large covered terrace to the north, with wonderful views of the mountains and comfortable outdoor furniture, including an outdoor dining table for 10 people with the possibility of an extra table for 4 people.

The garden around the house has a lawn with a 3.5 x 9 m swimming pool, with comfortable steps and a sitting platform, and a trampoline, a basketball basket and several swings. Going down towards the Tiétar river, which is 100m from the house, there is an private paddle tennis court. With direct access to the river through a fence, there are several beaches where one rarely runs into anyone. The river is not very deep and doesn't have much current in this area and it is a delight to bathe in it especially from April till June.

The house is located on a private property of 33 hectares, over which you can make wonderful country walks among holm oaks, cork oaks and cows.

The house is at 2.5km from the village of Hontanares, with a simple bar, and at 10km from Ramacastañas, where you can find the nearest shops. In Arenas de San Pedro, 15km from the house, there is a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. About 18km away, you can explore the most beautiful sites of the Sierra de Gredos, such as the picturesque village of Guisando and the mountain trails that leave from there, or the lush region of ​​La Vera de Gredos, with its wonderful mountain rivers, rock pools and well-preserved medieval villages, which is about 25km away (about 20min by car to the rock pools of Poyales del Hoyo).
