An architectural complex that is both avant-garde and ecological, in a haven of peace on the banks of the Tagus River, just an hour and 15 minutes from Madrid, which offers an experience that is both aesthetic and rural.

The common areas of the house consist of a two-story living room with a sofa and fireplace, a modern kitchen with an adjacent dining room and a games room with chill-outs with views. The house has 3 double bedrooms en suite and another bedroom with 4 beds, all with individual and integrated bathrooms, and with a total capacity for 10 guests. The house is located on a large private property with a swimming pool, garden areas with an orchard and a petanque court, and with beautiful views of the Bolarque Reservoir. There is a nearby pier from which to swim, fish or practice a variety of water sports. There are 2 double canoes available for guests. More boats and equipment can be rented nearby. A maid/cook is available upon request.

The calm turquoise waters of the Bolarque Reservoir follow the course of the Gaudiela River for about 44 km. They are surrounded by wooded hills and mysterious rocks. It is an environment declared a bird reserve, ideal for canoeing, fishing, hiking, cycling and ornithology. On the water there are some castles and monasteries. A short drive away are several monumental towns worth visiting.
