The house is very spacious and light, with breathtaking views of the Picos de Europe. It has 2 master bedrooms with a 1.60 m. double bed and own bathroom each, a further 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a shared bathroom, and bedroom with 4 single beds, a bathroom and a tv room on the top floor. The ample living room has a large fireplace and a dining area, with a large table sitting 12 personas comfortably. Large private garden with barbecue, garden furniture and wonderful views.

This is the perfect house for comfortable and active gatherings of friends or family, as a starting point for mountain hikes right next to the house or in the Picos de Europa as well as for relaxed days on some of the most beautiful beaches of the Asturian coast.

The house is situated at the edge of the small and quiet village of Cofiño, between idyllic green hills and rocky mountains. The town of Arriondas, where one can find all services from shops, restaurants to a hospital and train station, is at 6 km from the house, while the beautiful Asturian coastline is at 12 km. Just next to the house there are excellent mountains for hiking, while the Picos de Europa can be explored from Cangas de Onís, at only 15 km. This region of breath-taking landscapes offers a great variety of activities, from rafting on the river Sella, surfing on the Playa de la Vega, horseback rides over the mountains, salmon fishing in the river Sella, to several cultural sites such as Pre-romance monuments associated with the Camino de Santiago and the towns of Oviedo and Gijón.
